创新创业环境下的大学生就业培养模式改革探索

摘　　要：通过对当前大学生就业常用培养模式进行分析,本文指出其培养过程中存在的种种局限性,并针对创新创业环境下的大学生就业培养模式,提出:高校应进一步深化课程体系改革,加强创业就业指导教师队伍建设,以创新创业能力培养为导向,确保大学生就业能力得到切实提升。The current modes of College Students'employment training are analyzed,this article points out the limitations of the training process,in the light of the mode of College Students'Employment Training under the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship,it is proposed that the reform of the curriculum system should be further deepened in universities,and strengthen the construction of pioneering and employment guidance teachers,take innovation and entrepreneurship ability as guidance,and ensure the employability of undergraduates is effectively improved.
