摘　　要：在远程教育和大学教育等领域中,在线答疑系统已经成为重要的构成部分之一。在设计答疑系统的过程中,需要从学生的角度出发,按照课程逻辑结构对学生可能提出的问题进行归纳整理,并预先将其存储到知识库中。当学生问到对应的问题时,答疑系统将自动回复。对于无法回答的问题,答疑系统则会自动转到教师端,由教师人工进行回复。回复的内容则自动保存到知识库中,作为知识库的有效扩展。目前,基于轻客户端的在线答疑系统越来越被教育者和研究者所重视。In the field of distance education and university education,online Q&S system has become one of the important components.In the process of designing a Q&S system,it is necessary to summarize the possible questions of the students according to the logical structure of the course from the student's point of view and store them in the knowledge database in advance.When the student asked the corresponding question,the system will automatically reply.For questions that cannot be answered,the questions will be automatically transfer to the teacher side.The teacher will manually reply.The contents of the reply are automatically saved to the knowledge database as an effective extension.At present,theQ&S systembased on the light client is paid more attention by the educator and the researcher.
