摘  要:应用红外成像技术,研究了蓄电池设计中极板、极板上部的铅连接部件的热效应,发现极板的热效应与极耳的位置有关,而铅连接部件的热效应与其长度、散热面积和接触媒质有关。结果表明,极耳位置影响极群的高温中心和板栅腐蚀速度;铅连接部件的表面积越大越有利于散热,而随着铅连接部件的长度增加熔断电流密度减小。In this paper,the thermal effects of the plates and the lead connecting parts on the upper plates in the battery design are studied by using infrared imaging technology.It is found that the thermal effect of the plate is related to the position of the lug,and the thermal effect of lead connecting part is related to its length,heat dissipation area and contact medium.The results show that the position of the lug affects the high temperature center and the corrosion rate of the grid.The larger the surface area of the lead connecting part is,the better the heat dissipation is,and the longer the lead connecting part is,the lower the density of the fusing current is.
