摘 要:利用超高速剪切机制SiO_2胶体母液,然后用这种胶体母液配制胶体电解液,研究其对起动型蓄电池在-29℃下超低温起动性能的影响。试验表明:与常规转速相比,在超高转速条件下配制的胶体母液粒径更小,配制成胶体电解液后制作的起动型铅酸蓄电池,在超低温环境下的起动性能更加优良。The gelled SiO2 mother liquor was prepared by the ultra-high-speed shears.Then,the gelled electrolyte is prepared with the gelled SiO2 mother liquor.The influences of gelled SiO2 mother liquor prepared by the ultra-high-speed shears on the performances of starting batteries at-29℃were studied.The experiment results showed that compared with conventional speed,the gelled mother liquor prepared at an ultra-high revolving speed had a smaller particle size,and the starting lead-acid batteries made by corresponding prepared gelled electrolyte had a better starting performance at the ultra-low temperature.
