摘  要:为了解决6-DZM-20电池的早期容量衰减问题,开发了长寿命6-DZM-20H电池。本文中,从电池壳体、板栅结构、装配压力、电解液等设计细节着手,又进行了比对验证。实验结果表明,新的设计有效抑制了正极软化腐蚀、电池鼓胀,及隔板短路,大幅度提升了电池的使用寿命。In order to improve the premature capacity loss problem of 6-DZM-20 batteries for E-bikes.,the 6-DZM-20H battery was developed.In this paper,two kinds of batteries were compared and verified in terms of some design details of battery container,grid structure,assembling pressure and electrolyte.The results showed that the problems of positive active material softening,positive grid corrosion,container expansion and separator short circuit were solved basically,and the cycle life was extended significantly.
