摘  要:目的:通过测量成年贵州小型猪胸椎椎体及附件各种径线值,建立贵州小型猪胸椎正常数据。方法:选取成年贵州小型猪10头,采用西门子双源CT行薄层轴位扫描,记录并分析扫描数据。结果:胸椎椎体横径除T_1、T_2稍大外,其余椎体横径变化不明显,椎体前后径及椎弓根高度自T_(1~13)变化不大,椎弓根宽度及骨性通道以T_9最大,胸椎棘突自T_(1~13)椎体依次变短;椎弓根宽度及骨性通道与小型猪体重均呈正相关。结论:多层螺旋CT及其后处理软件可以准确测量贵州小型猪胸椎及附件影像资料。Objective:Normal data of thoracic vertebrae in adult Guizhou miniature pigs were established by measuring the diameter of the thoracic vertebrae and appendages in adult Guizhou miniature pigs.Methods:10 adult Guizhou minitype pigs were selected.We used the SIEMENS double source CT to carry out thin layer axial scan,and recorded and analyzed the scanned data.Results:The transverse diameter of the thoracic vertebrae of T1 and T2 were slightly larger,and the changes of the rest of the vertebral body were not obvious.The changes in the anterior and posterior diameter of the vertebral body and the height of the pedicle from T1~13 were not significant.The width of the pedicle and the osseous channel of T9 were the largest.The spinous process of the thoracic vertebra from T1~13 became shorter in turn.The width of the pedicle of the pedicle and the bone channel were positively correlated with the weight of the small pig.Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT and its post-processing software can be used to accurately measure the image data of the thoracic vertebrae and appendages of Guizhou miniature pigs.
