摘　　要：目的:探讨氟康唑氯化钠注射液局部冲洗治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的效果。方法:收治非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在术后72 h取出鼻腔填塞物后,对患者进行氟康唑氯化钠注射液冲洗,对照组则给予生理盐水冲洗。结果:观察组的VAS评分显著改善情况、完全上皮化时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月,观察组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜手术后对非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者实施氟康唑氯化钠注射液局部冲洗,可快速改善患者的临床症状,缩短完全上皮化时间,降低疾病复发率。Objective:To investigate the effect of Fluconazole sodium chloride injection local irrigation in the treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis.Methods:62 patients with non invasive fungal sinusitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.After taking nasal packing at 72 h after the operation,patients in the observation group were treated with fluconazole sodium chloride injection,and the control group were given normal saline irrigation.Results:The improvement of VAS score and the time of complete epithelialization in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After followed-up for 6 months,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluconazole sodium chloride injection local irrigation after non-invasive fungal sinusitis can improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the complete epithelialization time and reduce the relapse rate of the patients with noninvasive fungal sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.
