摘　　要：目的:探讨倍他司汀联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗颈椎病性眩晕的效果。方法:收治颈椎病性眩晕患者40例,分为试验组与对照组。试验组采用倍他司汀联合胞磷胆碱钠注射液治疗,对照组采用曲克芦丁注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:倍他司汀联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗颈椎病性眩晕的效果显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy of betahistine combined with citicoline sodium in the treatment of cervical spondylosis vertigo.Methods:40 patients with cervical spondylosis vertigo were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated by betahistine combined with citicoline sodium injection.The control group was treated with hydroxyethyrutin injection.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of betahistine combined with citicoline sodium in the treatment of cervical spondylosis vertigo was significant.
