摘　　要：目的:探讨茶碱缓释片+硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗急性老年哮喘的效果。方法:收治急性老年哮喘患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,观察组联合使用茶碱缓释片治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、各时期第1秒用力呼气容积均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在使用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂的基础上,对急性老年哮喘患者联合茶碱缓释片治疗,其效果更为理想。Objective:To explore the effect of theophylline sustained-release tablets+salbutamol aerosol in the treatment of acute senile asthma.Methods:200 patients with acute senile asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 100 cases in each.The control group was treated with salbutamol aerosol,and the observation group was treated with theophylline sustained-release tablets on this basis.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and the 1s forced expiratory volume of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of the use of salbutamol aerosol,the effect is more ideal for the treatment of acute aged asthmatic patients with theophylline sustained-release tablets.
