摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位注射对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症寒凝血瘀型的效果。方法:对50例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症寒凝血瘀型患者给予穴位注射药物。结果:临床治愈率93%,有效缩短了住院时间,减轻了患者痛苦,降低了致残率,无不良反应。结论:穴位注射治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症寒凝血瘀型有良好的疗效。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint injection on the cold coagulation and blood stasis type of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities.Methods:50 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans with cold blood stasis and blood stasis were given acupoint injection.Results:The clinical cure rate was 93%.The time of hospitalization was shortened;the sufferings of the patients were alleviated;the rate of disability was reduced,and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Acupoint injection has a good effect on the cold coagulation and blood stasis type of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities.
