不规则抗体阳性致交叉配血困难1例体会

摘　　要：交叉配血前受血者和供血者的不规则抗体筛查十分重要,应引起重视。本文介绍1例交叉配血困难患者的临床资料,总结交叉配血失败原因;另选取1份新鲜冰冻血浆进行交叉配血,并进行完备的交叉配血前不规则抗体试验,交叉配血成功,输血成功,患者未出现溶血性反应。Screening of irregular antibody in blood donors and donors before cross matching is very important and should be paid attention.In this paper,experience on 1 case of cross matching with irregular antibody positive was analyzed.After the failure of cross matching,a fresh frozen plasma was selected for cross matching and complete irregular antibody test before cross matching.Successful cross matching and successful transfusion showed no hemolytic reaction.
