摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下采用金属钛夹防止消化道息肉高频电切出血的护理体会。方法:收治消化道息肉患者65例,均采用金属钛夹配合高频电切切除息肉,在术前、术中、术后实施相应护理措施。结果:患者均顺利完成息肉切除,术后未发现出血、迟发性出血、穿孔等并发症。结论:术前充分准备、术中紧密配合及熟练操作、术后用心护理是手术后成功止血的关键。Objective:To explore the nursing experience of using metal titanium clip to prevent high frequency electrocut hemorrhage of digestive tract polyps.Methods:65 patients with digestive polyps were chosen,and they were treated with metal titanium clips combined with high frequency electrocuting.We carried out the corresponding nursing measures before,during and after the operation.Results:The patients successfully completed the polyp resection,and there was no complications such as bleeding,delayed bleeding and perforation.Conclusion:The keys to successful hemostasis after operation were adequate preparation before operation,close cooperation in the operation and skillful operation skills,and careful nursing after operation.
