摘　　要：目的:通过分析2006-2016年长春市孕产妇死亡影响因素,进一步降低长春地区孕产妇死亡率。方法:对长春辖区内近11年的115例死亡孕产妇病因进行调查分析。组织专家对死亡孕产妇个案进行讨论,明确死因,对长春市孕产妇死亡率变化趋势及其相关因素进行统计分析。结果:(1)2006-2016年长春地区总活产数613 545例,共计发生孕产妇死亡115例,平均孕产妇死亡率18.74/10万,孕产妇死亡率由2006年的24.09/10万下降至2016年的4.77/10万。(2)2006年直接产科死因构成比83.33%,以后总体呈下降趋势,而间接产科原因造成的死亡例数逐年上升。(3)可避免的孕产妇死亡率逐年下降,由2006年的80.33%下降至2016年的0。结论:长春市11年来孕产妇死亡率整体呈下降趋势。间接产科原因导致的孕产妇死亡率呈现出逐年上升趋势。可避免的孕产妇死亡构成比率在逐年减少。Objective:Through the analysis of the influencing factors of maternal death in Changchun City from 2006 to 2016,in order to further reduce the maternal mortality rate in Changchun area.Methods:The causes of 115 cases of dead pregnant women in Changchun City in the last 11 years were investigated and analyzed.We had organized experts to discuss the cases of pregnant and maternal deaths in order to identify the causes of death,and statistically analyzed the trend of maternal mortality and related factors in Changchun City.Results:①From 2006 to 2016,there were 613 545 cases of total live birth in Changchun area and 115 cases of maternal death.The average maternal mortality rate was 18.74/10 million,the maternal mortality rate dropped from 24.09/10 million in 2006 to 4.77/10 million in 2016.②The proportion of direct obstetric causes of death in 2006 was 83.33%,and in the future,the overall trend was declining,the number of deaths caused by indirect obstetric causes was increasing year by year.③The deaths of avoidable pregnant and parturient women were declining year by year,the ratio dropped from 80.33%in 2006 to 0 in 2016.Conclusion:The maternal mortality had a downward trend in the whole of Changchun City in the past 11 years.The maternal mortality caused by indirect obstetric causes was increasing year by year.The percentage of avoidable maternal deaths was decreasing year by year.
