摘  要:采用岩相法、岩石圆柱体法、砂浆棒快速法对研究区的碳酸盐岩(主要岩性为含硅质灰岩、硅质岩夹层,次要岩性为泥炭质灰岩、灰岩)进行了试验分析,结果认为主要岩性岩石具有硅碱活性、次要岩性岩石不具有硅碱活性。为了实现对主要岩性开挖骨料的利用,使用砂浆棒快速法对含硅质灰岩与硅质岩夹层的混合料进行了骨料碱活性抑制试验,结果显示掺加Ⅱ级粉煤灰25%以上时可对砂浆棒试件的膨胀率达到有效抑制。结合相关应用实例分析,提出了研究区工程应用中混凝土骨料碱活性有效抑制标准。This paper used three methods(Lithofacies Method,Rock Cylinder Method and Accelerated Mortar Bar Test Method)to analyze the carbonate rocks in the research area,which was mainly composed of siliceous limestone and siliceous rock interlayer,followed by peat limestone and limestone.The results showed that the main lithology hadalkali-silica reactivity,but the secondary lithology was the opposite.In order to realize the utilization of the main lithology excavated aggregate,the aggregate alkali activity inhibition test was carried out on the mixture of siliceous limestone and siliceous rock interlayer with the Accelerated Mortar Bar Test Method.The results showed that the expansion rate of mortar bar specimen could be effectively suppressed when adding 25%second-level flyash above.Based on the analysis of relevant application examples,the effective suppression standard of alkali reactivity of concrete aggregatein engineering application was put forward.
