摘 要:为了给都龙铁闪锌矿的回收工艺研究提供依据,采用化学多元素分析、显微镜观察、单矿物化学成分能谱分析、MLA矿物自动定量检测技术等手段对该矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究,得出的主要结论为:虽然矿石中含金属矿物较多,但回收的主要对象为闪锌矿,矿石中的含锌矿物以闪锌矿为主,含量为7.715%,另外还有少量异极矿;闪锌矿化学能谱分析结果表明,闪锌矿中含铁12.04%,为铁闪锌矿;闪锌矿与磁黄铁矿、黄铜矿连生,-0.2 mm原矿中的闪锌矿约一半以连生体形式存在,且矿石中磁铁矿含量约7%,磁黄铁矿含量约10%。根据以上结论,建议先通过弱磁选富集回收磁铁矿和磁黄铁矿,通过抑锌浮铜回收铜矿物,然后采用高效活化剂回收浮选锌。Process mineralogy is conducted on a marmatite ore from Dulong by chemical multi-element analysis,microscopic observation,energy spectrum analysis of mono-mineral chemical components,MLA automated quantitative surveying technique to provide guidelines for marmatite extraction from the ore.The main results are obtained as follows:although the raw ore contains many metallic minerals,the main target minerals are sphalerite accounting for 7.715%and a small amount of hemimorphite;the results of energy spectrum analysis of sphalerite chemical components show that the sphalerite ore contains 12.04%iron and hence belongs to the marmatite;sphalerite has a close symbiosis relationship with pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite;almost 50%of-0.2 mm sphalerite exists as the intergrowth particles,which contains approximate 7%magnetite and 10%pyrrhotite.According to the above conclusion,it is recommended that the low intensity magnetic separation is first used to enrich magnetite and pyrrhotite;the flowsheet of floating copper and inhibiting zinc is adopted to recover copper-bearing minerals;and a highly effective activator is used to activate zinc-bearing minerals for flotation.
