摘  要:核桃青皮中的主要化学成分为萘醌类、萜类化合物、多酚类、二芳基庚烷类及黄酮类化合物等。胡桃醌是核桃青皮中的主要成分,具有抗癌、抑菌、杀虫等活性;黄酮具有较好的清除生物体内的自由基、抗肿瘤、抗菌抗病毒、抗过敏、抗炎症等活性。核桃青皮中的这些活性成分有望成为其开发利用的主要科学依据,如可以开发为药品、保健品、杀虫剂、植物农药等。A great deal of effective chemical substances was evaluated from walnut green peel.Those components can be classified naphthoquinones,terpenoids,polyphenols,diarylheptanes,flavonoids and other chemical components.The juglone,main components of walnut green husk,belonged to naphthoquinones with anti-cancer,antibacterial,insecticidal and other activities.The flavonoids had diverse biological activity such as clear free radicals,anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,anti-virus,anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory activity.So walnut green peel might became very useful due to its chemical composition and biological activity,for example,it can be developed into medicines,health products,insecticides,plant pesticides,and so on.
