摘 要:我国具有丰富的稀土资源,且价格低廉。稀土钝化处理因其工艺简单,对环境无污染,所成膜的耐蚀性强等一系列优点,被广泛应用于金属表面处理。从单一稀土盐钝化、稀土盐+强氧化剂组合钝化以及协同钝化等,三个方面综述了稀土在镀锌钢板防腐中的应用,重点介绍了稀土与硅烷、磷酸盐以及其它缓蚀剂的协同钝化研究进展,并展望了稀土钝化技术的发展趋势。There is an abundant rare earth resource in China,and its price is low.Owing to its simple technology,non-toxic properties and excellent anti-corrosion,rare earth metal passivation treatment has been widely applied in metallic surface treatment.The application of rare earths in anticorrosion of galvanized steel was introduced from several aspects:single rare earth passivation,combination passivation with rare earth salt and strong oxidizer,synergistic passivation,and so on.The joint passivation treatment of galvanized steel sheet was focused on,such as rare earth salt and silane,rare earth salt and phosphate,rare earth salt and other corrosion inhibitors.The development tendency of rare earth passivation technology was also evaluated.
