摘 要:对EDTA法测铁、重铬酸钾法测铁(有汞法、无汞法)、碘量法测铁这四种常用检测方法的方法提要、试剂配制、检测步骤、方法原理详解、注意事项、方法的优缺点做了解说和比较。EDTA法的选择性高,重铬酸钾法(有汞法)在众多国标文件中选用,重铬酸钾法(无汞法)不使用剧毒物质保护环境,碘量法准确度高。意在帮助刚从事化验工作的分析员更好地理解分析方法,提高分析测试的准确度,避免工作中出现质量事故。Four kinds of commonly used iron determination methods,EDTA method,potassium dichromate method(mercury method,mercury-free method)and iodometric method,were summarized.Reagent preparation,detection steps,detailed explanation of the principle of the method,matters needing attention,advantages and disadvantages of the method were understood and compared.EDTA method had high selectivity.Potassium dichromate method(mercury method)was selected in many national standard documents.Potassium dichromate method(mercury-free method)did not use toxic substances,so it can protect the environment.Iodine method had high accuracy.The purpose was to help analysts who have just engaged in laboratory work to better understand the analysis methods,improve the accuracy of the analysis and testing,and avoid quality accidents in the work.
