摘　　要：马克思主义经济学是谋求人民福祉和人类解放的经济学说,它具有立足实践、批判继承和与时俱进的精神品格。构建和发展中国特色经济学,要弘扬马克思的精神品格,牢固确立为人民做学问的理念,立足于当代中国和世界经济发展实践,在批判继承人类文明成果、不断研究和解决新问题中进行理论创新。Marxist economics is the doctrine that pursues the welfare of the people and human liberation.It possesses the spirit-ual characters of highlighting practice,critical inheritance and keeping up with the times.To construct and develop economics with Chinese characteristics,we must carry forward Marxes spiritual Characters,firmly establish the idea of learning for the people,high-light the practice of economic development in contemporary China and the world,and make theoretical innovation in critically inheri-ting the achievements of human civilization,in continuously researching and solving new problems.
