摘　　要：组织和建立具体的工作部门是实施基于医院的卫生技术评估(hospital-based health technology assessment,HB-HTA)的工作基础。组织模式设计对组织的工作绩效影响重大,尤其是在部门建立之初,更需要对部门的组织模式进行长远考虑和周全设计。文章介绍了组织模式的概念和内涵,将HB-HTA部门组织模式的重要特点归纳为正规化、专业化和整合化三点,根据三个特点的发展程度将部门可能的组织模式分为独立小组、基本整合型、独立部门和专业整合型四类,并介绍了欧盟国家的相关发展趋势及对我国开展相关工作的启示。The organization and establishment of a specific department is the basis for hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA)to be implemented.Design of the organization model will greatly influence the performance of the organization,especially at the beginning period of departments.Long-term consideration and comprehensive design of the new department need to be made.This study introduced concept and connotation of organization model,summed up three main characteristics of HB-HTA department which were formalization,specialization and integration.This paper also divided all the HB-HTA departments into four types according to the development of the above three characteristics,including independent group,integrated-essential HB-HTA unit,stand-alone HB-HTA unit and integrated-specialized HB-HTA unit.Related development trend of European Union countries and the enlightenment to China were also introduced.
