摘 要:近几年,随着旅游散客化趋势越来越明显,对个性化旅游服务提出了更高要求。以智能网络为核心的智慧景区成为景区建设的新方向,襄阳各大景点也在争相打造智慧景区,其中部分4A景点的智慧景区建设进程较快,初具规模,但是大多数景点的智慧化建设进程滞后,智慧服务功能开发不足。其中有资金技术问题,也有开发理念问题。文章建议智慧景区打造要围绕开发智慧服务功能为核心,根据自身情况分层建设,不能一蹴而就,重点打造导航、导游、导览和导购四大基本功能;要紧紧依托Saa S(云服务),以"软件+平台"作为景区智慧化建设核心,加速旅游景区的信息化过程,打造"标准化、制度化、系统化"的智慧景区,实现景区业务流程升级优化,从而打造富有襄阳特色的智慧景区品牌。In recent years,the trend of independent tour has become more and more obvious,presenting high rerquirements for the personalized travel service.Intelligent scenic spots with intelligent network as the core become a new direction for the construction of scenic spots.Xiangyang's major scenic spots are also competing to create their own intelligent scenic spots.There are some problems in the construction process.The author suggests that the building of intelligent scenic spots should focus on the development of intelligent service,constructed in stages according to its own situations.The key is to build four basic functions:navigation,guide,view and purchase;rely on SaaS(cloud service),with the"software+platform"as the core for the construction of intelligent scenic spots,accelerating the informatization process of tourist attractions and optimizing the business process of scenic spots to create a brand of intelligent scenic spots with Xiangyang characteristics.
