摘　　要：大学生心理健康档案的建立和有效管理是高校开展心理健康教育的重要依据,有助于追踪大学生心理健康问题,促进各项学生管理工作顺利的开展;同时可为高校心理工作研究提供大量的、客观的素材。文章以福建江夏学院为例,探讨了大学生心理健康档案管理的意义及当前存在的问题,并就大学生心理健康的建档内容及管理措施提出建议。The establishment and effective management of Mental Health Files(MHFs)of college students is the basis of metal health education in colleges.It is conducive to tracing the mental health problems of the college students and improving the student management work efficiency.Meanwhile,it can provide a number of materials for psychological research work.Herein,after analyzing the MHFs management in Fujian Jiangxia University,the paper discusses the importance and deficiency of MHFs management and proposes measures for MHFs establishment and management.
