摘　　要：文章主要采用了实战演练法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、观察记录法、录像分析法等对"第二届中国高职院校健美操舞锦标赛"花球操冠军队的成套动作编排进行了研究分析。笔者分别从创编前准备工作、音乐选配、动作创编原则和规律、队形设计四个方面进行了分析研究,并总结了带队经验。The paper,by the means of practical exercise,documentary analysis,expert interview,observation and record,and picture recording,analyses the whole combination of exercise showed by the champion teams in“The Second Aerobics Tournament of Polytechnics,China”.The paper investigates respectively from the four aspects:preparation,the choice of music,the principle and rule of combination of exercise and the design of formation.It summarizes the experience,hoping to provide certain aid to the development of aerobics in polytechnics.
