摘　　要：通过文献资料法对内质网应激与糖尿病的发生发展及治疗间的关系进行了综述,研究表明内质网应激通过非折叠蛋白反应和炎症等途径引起胰岛β细胞功能障碍和外周胰岛素抵抗,导致糖尿病的发生发展,内质网应激有可能作为糖尿病治疗的有效靶点。该综述为糖尿病的治疗提供了理论依据。The relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress and the development and treatment of diabetes mellitus was reviewed.The results showed that endoplasmic reticulum stress led to the development and progression of diabetes mellitus.Insulin resistance and isletβ-cell dysfunction and apoptosis,but also as an effective target for the treatment of diabetes,which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of diabetes.
