摘　　要：在政府的大力鼓励与扶持下,物流金融业务的规模得以迅速扩大。可以说,物流金融正处于风险与机遇共存,发展与监管并重的时代。文章通过梳理国内外物流金融业务的研究文献,对国内及黑龙江省物流金融业务的开展情况加以分析,提出结合区域经济发展,完善物流金融服务体系,构建适应新形势下的物流金融业务模型。With the strong encouragement and support of the government,the scale of the logistics and finance business has been rapidly expanded.It can be said that logistics finance is in the times where risk and opportunity coexist and development and supervision are equal.In this paper,through analyzing the domestic and foreign research literature of logistics financial business in China and Heilongjiang province,the development of logistic finance is analyzed,combining with the regional economic development,improve the logistics financial service system,to construct the logistics financial business model under the new situation.
