摘 要:建立了医用聚丙烯(PP)的黏弹性挤出模型,并利用Polyflow仿真软件,以五腔导管挤出制品的各型腔直径和外直径为评价标准,对超声波辅助PP五腔导管(外直径为3.3 mm)气辅挤出成型过程进行仿真,研究了在等注气压力、等牵引速率条件下,超声功率、挤出机头温度、挤出速率对挤出制品截面各部位尺寸的影响;通过实际挤出实验验证不同超声功率下机头温度对制品尺寸影响的仿真结果。仿真和实验结果均表明,对于PP五腔导管制品而言,不同超声功率下随机头温度的升高,各部位的尺寸均存在一个最大值,且该最大值以及对应的机头温度均会随超声功率的升高而降低。仿真结果表明不同超声功率下随着挤出速率的上升,制品各部位的尺寸均增大,并且超声功率越高,制品的尺寸越小。A viscoelastic extrusion model of medical polypropylene(PP)was established,and Polyflow simulation software was used to simulate the gas-assisted extrusion process of ultrasonic-assisted PP five-lumen catheter(the outer diameter is 3.3 mm)by using each lumen diameter and outer diameter of the catheter as the evaluation standards.The effects of ultrasonic power,extruder head temperature and extrusion rate on the dimensions of the various parts of the extruded product under equal injection pressure and equal traction rates were studied.The simulation results for the influence of extruder head temperature on the product size under different ultrasonic powers were confirmed through practical extrusion experiment.Simulation and experimental results show that,for PP five-lumen catheter products,there is a maximum of each part size with the increase of the head temperature under the different ultrasonic powers,and the maximum and the corresponding head temperature all decrease with the increase of ultrasonic power.The simulation results show that with the increase of extrusion rate under different ultrasonic powers,the size of each part of the product increases,and the higher the ultrasonic power,the smaller the size of the product.
