摘 要:针对短固定手柄套注塑件内部结构复杂,含有加强筋、深槽和侧向凸台等多种细节特征,在模具设计时采用了斜导柱抽芯和液压抽芯组成的联合侧抽芯机构,即对于对称侧面上的凸起和小凹槽部分采用斜导柱抽芯机构,对于深槽和多加强筋部分采用液压抽芯机构,同时设计验证了浇注系统、冷却系统等其它模具部件;在UG8.5 Mold Wizard应用模块下保证了联合侧抽芯机构在开合模过程中互不干涉,且与浇注系统和冷却系统等也互不干涉,实现了注塑模具多侧向同时顺利脱模。设计的模具结构紧凑、工作稳定,在生产过程中满足使用要求。Aiming at that the short fixed handle sleeve injection molding part has a complex internal structure,including stiffeners,deep groove and side convex,and many other details,the joint side core-pulling mechanism consist of angle pin core-pulling and hydraulic core-pulling mechanisms is adopted in the process of the mould design.The angle pin core-pulling mechanism is adopted for the convex and small grooves on the symmetrical side,and the hydraulic core-pulling mechanism is adopted for the deep groove and multi stiffeners,at the same time,the gating system,cooling system and other mould parts are designed and verified.Under the UG8.5 Mold Wizard application module,it is ensured that the joint side core-pulling mechanism does not interfere with each other during the opening and closing process,and does not interfere with the gating system and cooling system,and the multi side simultaneous demoulding of the injection mold is successfully realized.The designed mould has a compact structure and stable work,and it meets the requirements of use during the production process.
