摘 要:目的应用动态血糖监测系统帮助2型糖尿病患者发现低血糖的发生规律,并分析影响因素。方法选取2017年6—8月在潍坊市人民医院住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者60例,同时用末梢血糖仪检测患者血糖,每天7次(三餐前、三餐后2 h及03:00各1次),收集患者社会人口学和疾病相关资料。分析糖尿病患者低血糖的发生时段特点和相关影响因素。结果动态血糖监测系统能及时发现患者的血糖波动情况,60例2型糖尿病患者低血糖多发生于01:00—08:00(37例次),尤其是02:00—08:00(31例次)。对一般资料的单因素分析显示,性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)等是低血糖的相关因素。结论动态血糖监测系统能更全面地反映患者的血糖变化,提高了患者住院治疗期间的安全性。Objective Using continuous dynamic glucose monitoring system to detect the occurrence of hypoglycemia of patients with type 2 diabetes,and to analyze the influence factors.Methods A total of 60 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes in Weifang People′s Hospital from June to August 2017 were selected.The patients were continuous dynamic glucose monitoring system.At the same time,the blood glucose was detected 7 times a day(before 3 meals,2 hours after 3 meals and 3:00).The social demography and disease related data was collected.The time characteristics and related factors of hypoglyce mia in diabetic patients were analyzed.Results The dynamic blood glucose monitoring system can detect the patient′s blood glucose fluctuation in time.The 60 patients with type 2 diabetes,hypoglycemia happened at 01:00-08:00(37 cases),espe cially at 02:00-08:00(31 cases).Single factor analysis of general data showed that gender,age,BMI and HbA1c were hy poglycemia related factors.Conclusoin Continuous glucose monitoring system can respond more comprehensively to patient′s blood glucose changes,which improves the safety of the patients during hospitalization.
