摘 要:为了确保钻井液流变仪的测试系统能够在恶劣环境下正常工作,设计了一种能够在宽广范围内速度连续可调且速度分辨率高的驱动系统.在电机本体方面采用分数槽结构,通过选取合适的极槽配合并对气隙磁密波形进行优化以削减其谐波含量及电机的齿槽效应,提高电机的速度分辨率和运行平稳性.在控制方面采用恒压频比控制方式,同时结合无位置传感器控制算法与空间矢量脉宽调制技术,以提高系统开环控制精度.基于所建立的电机及其控制系统的耦合仿真模型进行的分析表明:对分数槽电机系统的动态特性进行优化后,可使得电机在较宽的转速范围内平稳运行且具有很高的速度分辨率,能够满足流变仪对驱动系统的要求.In order to ensure that the test system for the drilling fluid rheometer can work normally in harsh environment,a driving system where the speed could be continuously adjusted in a wide range and the speed resolution might be high was designed.The fractional slot structure was adopted in the motor,the harmonic content and cogging effect of the motor could be reduced by choosing the proper slot match and optimizing the waveform of air gap flux density,and thus the speed resolution and running stability of the motor could be improved.The constant voltage frequency ratio control mode in combining with the sensorless control algorithm and space vector pulse width modulation technology was adopted to improve the precision of open-loop control for the system.The coupling simulation model for both motor and its control system was established.The analysis results show that through optimizing the dynamic characteristics of fractional slot motor system,the motor can smoothly run over a wide speed range and has a high speed resolution,and the requirement in the driving system of rheometer can be satisfied.
