湖北“两圈两带”格局下的新型城镇化与土地集约利用协调度分析

摘　　要：统筹新型城镇化与土地集约利用的协调发展关系是实现城乡持续发展的重要基础。本研究在湖北省"两圈两带"空间战略格局的框架下,综合利用熵值法和耦合协调发展模型,从时间和空间两个角度,分析了2006年~2015年湖北省的新型城镇化与土地集约利用的协调发展水平。研究表明:湖北省新型城镇化与土地集约利用的协调度并不高,总体处于低度或中度协调发展水平,且新型城镇化发展水平滞后于土地集约利用水平;省内各市州的协调发展度之间存在较明显的区域差异,从鄂中地区到湖北省东部、西部边缘地区协调度呈阶梯状下降趋势;而不同"圈"、"带"之间不但协调度差距明显,且历年变化不大。最后根据研究结论提出了相应的政策建议。The relationship between new urbanization and intensive land-use is an important basis for the sustainable development of China's cities and rural areas.Under the spatial pattern of"Two Circles Two Belts",this research using entropy method and coordination degree model,made a spatial and temporal analysis of the coordinating degree between new urbanization and intensive land use from 2006 to 2015 in Hubei province.The results show that the new urbanization and land intensive utilization have been relatively low in Hubei province,and coordinating degree between them still at relatively low level;moreover,the new urbanization development level has lagged behind the level of land intensive use;there is a significant regional differences of coordination in Hubei Province-gradually decline from the central region both to the east and west border regions.Further more,there are significant differences of coordination degree between cities in different"Circle"or"Belt".Finally,we put forward the policy recommendations based on the result of above analysis results.
