摘 要:我国内河港口较多存在能级不高、低质竞争等不足,港城协同发展水平亟待提高。构建港口能级-城市经济系统综合评价体系,基于耦合协调模型分析安徽省沿江5市港口能级-城市经济系统耦合协调发展特征。结果发现:1)各市两子系统提升速度差异显著且差距呈扩大态势,港口能级逐渐不能满足城市经济发展的需求;2)两子系统耦合度处于较高水平且变化较小,耦合协调度稳步提升,实现了由拮抗发展向优质协调的提升;3)各市耦合协调度稳步提升但分异明显,大小排序为芜湖﹥马鞍山﹥铜陵≈安庆﹥池州,且耦合协调度越高的城市,耦合协调度提升速度越快。Inland ports are mostly characterized by backward construction,inferior level,low-quality competition and poorly coordinated with port cities in China.By constructing integrated indices of port level and urban economy,coordinated development degree model was employed to analyze the coordinated development between port level and urban economy system of the 5 cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province.It was found that:1)Rising speed of the two systems differing and the gaps between the two systems among 5 case cities have been widening in recent years,most port levels of case cities cannot meet the need of urban economic development;2)Coupling degree between the two systems kept on high levels with slight fluctuations and coupling coordinative degree kept a steady rise,promoting from antagonistic development to high-quality coordination;(3)Coupling coordinative degree of case cities rose steadily with an obvious differentiation and ranked by Wuhu﹥Ma’anshan﹥Tongling≈Anqing﹥Chizhou,indicating that city with high coupling coordinative degree kept a high rising rate.
