摘 要:高效面结钙钛矿电池基本要求是有机无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜对基体全覆盖。一步溶液法是一种简单、低成本的制备有机无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜的方法,其关键问题是如何通过理论和技术创新实现有机无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜对基体的全覆盖。本文以一步溶液法的制备工艺为基础,归纳总结了近些年来相关领域研究者在提高有机无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜对基体覆盖率方面的技术创新,进一步从理论角度深化了对溶液法制备钙钛矿薄膜过程中所涉及的结晶过程的认识。本研究工作将为一步溶液法实现有机无机杂化钙钛矿薄膜对基体的全覆盖提供依据。The basic requirement for the high performance perovskite solar cells is the full coverage of the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film to the substrate.One-step solution method is a low cost and easy fabrication method to prepare organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film;the key question is to realize the full coverage state of the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film to the substrate through theory and technology innovation.The paper focuses on the preparation technology of the one-step solution method,and summarizes the technology improvements about enhancing coverage ratio of the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film in nowadays by the researchers,which furthermore deepens the understanding of the crystallization process during preparation process of the perovskite film.The research work will be benefit for realizing full coverage organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film by one-step solution method in future.
