摘 要:将EDEM与ANSYS耦合,对波形衬板的等效应力及其分布进行了研究,解决了EDEM软件可视化性能差,处理步骤繁琐的问题。从静力学分析过程中得到了原始波形衬板的应力分布。结合静力学分析结果,设计出了新型波形衬板,即在原始波形衬板主提升条的两侧各添加一个辅助提升条,辅助提升条的尺寸为主提升条的1/3。采用Archard wear磨损模型对比分析了新型波形衬板和原始波形衬板的磨损量,发现新型波形衬板在耐磨性能方面有较大的提升,同时验证了设计方法的正确性。EDEM and ANSYS are coupled to study the equivalent stress and the distribution of the wave liner.The shortcomings of EDEM software's poor visualization and the complicated processing steps have been solved.The stress distribution of the original waveform liner is obtained from the analysis of static mechanics.Combined with the results of static analysis,a new type of liner has been designed by adding an auxiliary lifting bar on both sides of the main lift of the original waveform liner and the size of auxiliary lifting bar is 1/3 of the main lift′s.By using the Archard wear model,the wear amounts of the new waveform liner and of the original waveform liner are compared and analyzed.It is found that the new type of the lining has a great improvement in the wear resistance,and the correctness of the design method is verified.
