摘　　要：领袖选举制度是英国工党组织体制的重要组成部分。在百年发展中,英国工党领袖选举制度经历了从无到有,从议会党团选举到选举团选举,再到选举团制度渐进调整的嬗变历程。英国工党领袖选举制度的嬗变与其政坛起伏密切相关,是工党应对政党发展,立足政坛的重要举措。受世界政党政治民主化潮流和英国传统文化渐进改良的影响,英国工党领袖选举制度的嬗变具有方向民主化和进程保守化的特质。The leadership election system is an important part of the Labour party organization system.Labour leadership election system has arised from nothing,changing itself from the parliamentary election to the electoral college voting,and becomes the Electroal College System at last along with a century of development.The profound shift in the Labour leadership election system is closely related to its political transformation.The Labour leadership election system is an significant step for the Labour party to cope with its development,and keep footholds on political arena.Being influenced by the political democratization trend of the party politics all over the world and the progressive improvement traditional cultures,the change of the leadership election system is directional-democratization and progressive-conservatization.
