摘  要:针对当前模拟电路故障物理注入试验中缺乏高效故障注入及测试数据采集手段的问题,设计一种基于PXI仪器总线的自动化故障注入系统。该系统能够完成对模拟电路大部分故障的自动化注入以及故障响应信息的采集等功能,具有通用性、扩展性和易操作等特点。此外,对开关网络的控制信号进行建模,确保开关切换时切换对象、切换时间的准确无误,避免故障注入过程中发生错误导致故障注入系统和被测电路的损坏。最后,通过对实例电路进行试验,验证了该系统的实用性,并收集了进行测试性分析所需的数据信息。In allusion to the problem that there are no high efficient fault injection and test data acquisition means in the current analog circuit fault physical injection experiment,an automatic fault injection system based on PXI instrument bus is de-signed.The system is universal,scalable and easy to operate,and can accomplish functions such as automatic injection for most analog circuit faults and fault response information acquisition.The control signal model of switch network is constructed to en-sure that the switching object and switching time are accurate over switch switching,and avoid the damage to fault injection sys-tem and circuit under test caused by injection errors.An example circuit test was carried out in which the practicability of the system was verified,and data information needed for testability analysis was collected.
