摘  要:针对UPS蓄电池性能监测需求的急迫性,提出一种蓄电池在线监测系统。监测蓄电池运行时的电压、内阻、内部温度、表面温度以及蓄电池组总电流等参数,通过GPRS无线网络上传至数据服务器;分析参数后,对蓄电池单体性能进行判断,找出数据偏离均值范围的蓄电池,预判性能下降的蓄电池。用户通过浏览器,在网页上随时了解每块蓄电池的状态,及时维修或更换不合格的蓄电池。测试结果表明,该系统能够完成所述功能,内阻测量精度达0.1 mΩ,其他参数测量精度也满足判定需求。In allusion to the urgent need of performance monitoring for uninterrupted power supply(UPS)battery,a battery online monitoring system is proposed.The voltage,internal resistance,internal temperature,surface temperature,total current of battery pack,and other parameters during battery operation are monitored and uploaded to data server by means of GPRS wireless network.After analysis of these parameters,the battery cells are judged to find out the batteries whose data deviates from the scope of mean values and forecast the batteries w4iose performances are unqualified.Users can keep watch on the status of batteries whenever necessary on a browser,so as to maintain or replace the batteries below standard in time.The test results show that the system can realize the functions described above,the measurement accuracy of its internal resistance can be as high as 0.1 mΩand that of other parameters can also meet the preset requirement.
