现代园区开发中的岭南田园特色保护——关于松山湖宝陂村地区的设计思路和策略

摘　　要：松山湖科技产业园从2001年建园以来,经历了逐步发展演替的过程。园区的建成对提高区域经济的科技含量做出了积极贡献,并配套开发了一批环境优美的现代商住楼盘。从松山湖的区位优势介绍入手,分析了宝陂村的现状和区域内自然和谐的岭南田园水乡风格,再从规划、建筑、景观和附属设施等方面逐层阐述相关设计思路和策略,希望能对松山湖产业园区的开发建设有所启示和帮助。Since Songshan Lake Science and Technology Industrial Park was built in 2001,it has experienced its development,gradual process of replacement.The park contributes a lot to the development of this region and constructs a lot beautiful mordent residential settlements.[BP(]However,how can we continue the unique pastoral style of Lingnan areas in order to provide a good living environment in its rapid economic development while it can satisfy the transfer of urban population and the modern function of the main city.[BP)]The article begins with the location advantage of Songshan Lake,analyzes the pastoral style of Lingnan district and the present situation of Baobei village,then elaborate on the theory and design strategy including the planning,architecture,landscape and ancillary facilities,hoping it will inspire and contribute to the development and construction of Songshan Lake Industrial Park.
