摘　　要：下腔静脉(inferior vena cava,IVC)是静脉从下肢和腹腔脏器回流到右心房的主要通道。下腔静脉的肿块和肿块样病变,包括一组以下腔静脉内充盈缺损或下腔静脉壁受累为主要影像学表现的疾病,如血栓形成、原发良/恶性肿瘤及继发性下腔静脉癌栓等,在腹部影像诊断中相对少见,容易被忽视。认识这些疾病的特征性影像学表现,熟悉常见假性病变,有助于早期发现病变,明确其性质,准确分期并指导临床治疗决策。Objective Inferior vena cava(IVC)is the main channel of venous return from the lower extremities and abdominal viscera to the right atrium.Masses and mass-like lesions of the inferior vena cava,including a group of disease which characterized by filling defects or inferior vena cava wall involvement,such as thrombosis,primary benign and malignant tumors and secondary inferior vena cava tumor thrombus,etc.These kinds of diseases are relatively rare and easily overlooked.Understanding the characteristic imaging findings of these diseases and being familiar with the common pseudo diseases are helpful for early detection of lesions,determining their nature,accurately staging and guiding clinical therapy.
