摘　　要：目的了解2016年山西省居民循环系统疾病死因构成和潜在寿命损失,为省内慢性病防控及决策提供科学依据。方法采用死亡率、死因顺位和潜在减寿年数等指标对2016年山西省循环系统疾病死因监测资料进行统计分析。结果脑血管病死亡率最高,为133.66/10万;其潜在寿命损失最大,PYLL为65 663.67人年;男女性死因居于前3位的均是脑血管疾病、冠心病、其他心脏病;农村死亡率高于城市;0~14岁组死因主要是先天性心脏疾病等其他心脏病;35~54岁组中以男性冠心病死亡率最高;55~74岁组脑血管病死亡率最高;85岁以上老年人组总死亡率最高,死亡率最高的疾病是冠心病。男性寿命损失影响最大为冠心病,而女性为脑血管病。结论脑血管病是循环系统疾病主要死因,对总人群产生的潜在寿命损失最多;中青年男性冠心病死亡率最高,其所造成男性潜在减寿年数最大。今后应控制循环系统疾病发病的相关危险因素,开展疾病筛查和早期干预,根据不同年龄组的疾病特征,有针对性的开展防控工作。Objective The causes of death and potential years of life-loss(PYLL)of circulatory^system diseases of Shanxi Province in 2016 were ana1yzed,to provide scientific reference for NCD prevention and control strategies.Methods The data were collected by Death Information Registration Management System,and the mortality and potential years of life-loss(PYLL)were used to analyze the data.Results The mortality of CVD(133.66/100 000),and PYLL of CVD(65 663.61 person-year)were the highest;CVD,coronary heart diseases and other heart diseases wee the three main causes in circulatory system diseases in both male and female.The mortality of other heart diseases was the highest in the 0-14 age group.The mortality of coronar^^heart disease was the highest between the age of 35-54 in male,and CVD was between the age of 35-54.Conclusion CVD was the main cause of death in Shanxi,which resulted in most of potential years of life-loss of the residents;the mortality of coronar^^heart disease was the highest between the age of 35-54 in male.Therefore,risk factors should be controled and targeted disease prevention and control measures should be taken according to different age groups to improve the health of the residents.
