强制分类下武汉市生活垃圾收集模式研究

摘　　要：2017年3月30日,国务院办公厅发布关于转发国家发改委、住建部生活垃圾分类制度实施方案的通知,要求46个城市先行实施生活垃圾强制分类,武汉市不得不走向强制化垃圾前端分类的道路。通过实地考察日本垃圾分类管理措施,研究武汉市垃圾组分、特点、居民素质,并结合国内外垃圾分类促进手段和经验,提出武汉市垃圾分类具体措施及收运模式,为武汉市垃圾前端分类研究提供参考。Under the notice by the State Council about the garbage classification implementation plan,Wuhan began to enforce the garbage front-end classification.This paper discussed the waste disposal management measures in Japan,studied the composition,characteristics and quality of garbage,and put forward the specific measures and the mode of garbage collection in Wuhan,which could provide the reference for garbage classification in Wuhan.
