摘　　要：基于中国科技发展战略研究小组发布的《中国区域创新能力报告2016》《中国区域创新能力报告2017》,从全国和中部两个视角,对2016—2017年湖北省区域创新能力进行对比分析,呈现创新湖北建设的现状,分析湖北省区域创新能力的优势与不足,提出进一步推进创新湖北建设的路径和对策,为国家创新型省份建设提供参考和依据。Based on the“Chinese regional innovation capability report”released by the China technology development strategy research group,this article presents the innovation of Hubei construction from the perspective of domestic and central regions by comparing and analyzing the regional innovation ability of Hubei Province in 2016 and 2017.Then the advantages and the insuffi ciency of the regional innovation ability of Hubei Province are concluded.Finally,to further promote the construction of the innovation in Hubei province and provide reference for the construction of innovative province,some construction paths and strategies are put forward.
