摘  要:随着志丹油田永370井区进入中后期开发,产出液的综合含水逐步上升,由油包水型向水包油型转换,导致抽油杆与油管内壁磨损速度加快,大量管杆等材料的报废,又增加了生产成本,严重制约了油田的开发建设。碳纤维扶正器由高强度接箍本体和高耐磨扶正体组成。高强度接箍经过表面处理,具有很强的耐腐蚀性;高耐磨扶正体由碳纤维纳米复合材料加工而成,具有极高的耐磨性和自润滑性,实践证明该产品能够大大缓解永宁370井区油井偏磨的问题。with the development of the late entry of Zhidan oilfield well Yong 370 area,comprehensive water output liquid to rise gradually,by a water in oil conversion to oil in water type,the sucker rod and tubing wall wear accelerated speed caused,discarding of a large number of tube and rod materials,and increased production costs,has seriously hampered the development of oil fields construction.Carbon fiber centralizer is composed of high strength and high wear resistance of the collar body centralizer body composition.High strength coupling after surface treatment,with strong corrosion resistance and high wear resistance;centralizer by processing of carbon fiber composite materials,with high abrasion resistance and self lubrication,the practice proved that the product can greatly alleviate the Yongning wells 370 well area of eccentric wear problem.
