摘  要:气阀作为往复压缩机的关键部件,其故障率一直以来都排在首位,阀片运动规律的优劣直接影响气阀的使用寿命,故研究阀片的运动特性就显得特别重要。根据网状进气阀的结构建立了数学模型和实体模型,采用MATLAB和ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对阀片动作过程进行了模拟,又用传感器对网状阀的阀片位移进行了实际测量。通过对仿真与试验结果的分析比对,得出了阀片在不同气阀弹簧刚度及不同转速下的动作响应特性,并分析出了振颤应力与撞击应力对阀片寿命的影响。The valve is a key component of the piston compressor and its failure rate has been one of the most important factors,and its motion law directly affect its service life.So it is important to study the motion law of the valve.In this paper,the mathematical model and the solid model are established based on the structure of the plate valve,and the action process of the valve is simulated by MATLAB and ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,then the displacement of the valve is measured by the sensor.By comparing the simulation and experimental results,the authors obtain the action response characteristics of valve platein different spring stiffnessat different speeds of the compressorandfigure out the influence of the flutter stress and impact stress on the life of valve plate.
