摘 要:以涡轮增压器离心压气机为研究对象,通过模拟不同工况下发动机工作时涡轮增压器的压气机实际流通特性,分析了压气机内部流场随转速和叶顶间隙的变化规律。在ICEM中建立结构化网格,针对不同转速和不同叶顶间隙采用SST双方程湍流模型,对离心压气机内部流场进行数值模拟。结果表明,随着转速的增加,气体的流动状态变差,低压区范围扩大,出现明显的漩涡,气体不能充分地流动发展;随着叶顶间隙尺寸的减小,流动损失减小,压气机做功能力增大。The turbocharger centrifugal compressor is researched to analyze the variation of the internal flow field with the speed and the tip clearance by simulating the actual flow characteristics of the turbocharger centrifugal compressor under different working conditions.The ICEM is used to construct the structured grids and the internal flow field of the centrifugal compressor is numerically simulated by using the SST double-equation turbulence model for different speed and tip clearance.The results show that with the increase of the rotational speed,the flow state of the gas is deteriorated,the range of the low pressure zone is enlarged,the vortex is obvious and the gas can't flow sufficiently.The flow loss decreases and the compressor capacity increases with the tip clearance decreasing.
