摘 要:针对涡旋式压缩机动涡旋盘受到倾覆力矩作用,使得轴向间隙形成楔形角,而引起的径向泄漏问题,运用气体动力学理论,建立楔形平板间气体泄漏模型,计算得到考虑气体压缩性和摩擦损失影响的楔形平板间气体的质量泄漏量。应用计算流体动力学软件对涡旋压缩机工作腔的内流场进行了三维数值模拟,获得工作腔内压力场、速度场、温度场分布规律。通过试验比较相邻工作腔压差对动涡旋盘受到倾覆力矩作用泄漏量的影响,验证模型可行性和正确性。计算结果表明,楔形角变化时考虑气体可压缩性、摩擦损失影响,气体质量泄漏量的理论计算与数值模拟曲线变化吻合较好,渐扩形泄漏通道对气体泄漏影响较大。According to the effect of overturning moment on scroll compressor scroll,making the axial gap forms a wedge angle,which causes the radial leakage problem.Based on the theory of gas dynamics the model of gas leakage in the wedge plate is established and the mass leakage of the wedge plate is calculated considering the influence of gas compressibility and friction loss.Three dimensional numerical simulation of the flow field in the working chamber of scroll compressor is performed by using the computational fluid dynamics software,the distribution of pressure field,velocity field and temperature field are obtained.Through the experimental comparison of adjacent chamber pressure difference on the orbiting scroll is affected by the effect of overturning moment leakage,verifying the feasibility and correctness of the model.The calculation results show that the wedge angle changes considering gas compressibility and friction loss influence,the theoretical calculation of gas mass leakage tallies with that of numerical simulation,the extended leakage passage has a great influence on the gas leakage.
