摘 要:叶顶间隙泄漏是造成轴流风机损失的重要原因之一,在吸力面安装叶尖小翼能抑制一定程度的叶顶间隙流动,提高轴流风机气动性能。本文数值模拟了在吸力面安装不同宽度以及长度叶尖小翼对轴流风机内部流动及性能的影响。结果表明,增大吸力面叶尖小翼宽度可减小叶顶间隙流,延缓叶顶泄漏涡的生成和脱落,使其向远离吸力面偏移,减小了分离损失。当宽度为3倍叶片厚度时,设计工况全压效率提高了0.73%。而不同长度吸力面叶尖小翼的结果对比表明,当叶尖小翼长度为0.6倍弦长时,即可达到1倍弦长叶尖小翼对叶顶间隙流动同样的改善效果。Leakage flow in tip clearance is one of the important causes of axial fan loss.It is effective to improve tip clearance flow and improve aerodynamic performance of axial fan by installing suction-side end-plate.The influence of different width and length of tip end-plate on the flow and performance of axial flow fan is simulated by numerical method.The results show that the increase of the width of the suction-side end-plate can reduce the tip clearance flow and delay the formation and loss of the leakage vortex of the leaf tip,and make it shift away from the suction surface and reduce the separation loss.When the width is 3 times of blade thickness,the total pressure efficiency of the design case is increased by 0.73%.The results show that when the length of suction-side end-plate is 0.6 times the chord length,it can achieve the same improvement effect on tip clearance flow.
