摘　　要：笔者介绍了IRT及电脑自适应考试系统的相关理论,选择与医学考试相适应的IRT模型,并且介绍了与之相匹配的计分方法。从多年的实践工作当中总结相关经验,探讨CAT相较于CTT在医学考试中的优越性,对电脑自适应考试系统的需求进行分析,并设计具体的功能模块及选择适合的数据库。最后对医学考试可能带来不良影响的一些情况进行总结,并提出今后在工作中需要进一步研究的方面。The author introduces the theory of IRT and computer adaptive test system,selects the IRT model which is suitable for medical examination,and introduces the appropriate scoring method.From the practical work of many years to sum up the,relevant experience,the author explores the advantages of CAT compared with CTT in medical examination,analyzes the requirements of computer adaptive test system,and designs specific functional modules and selects the appropriate database.Finally,some questions about the possible adverse effects of medical examinations are summarized and the further research should be done in the future is put forward.
