摘　　要：随着信息化技术的发展,IT运维管理已成为IT服务中的核心。IT运维的发展已有了一定的基础,在当前不仅能够取代人工操作,而且能够对运维进行探索以及对管理进行总体分析,在保证成本的情况下,通过IT运维管理实现探索IT服务中的最优服务和最优性能。笔者对IT运维管理的背景、现状以及IT运维管理自动化中存在的问题进行了研究,然后对IT运维管理自动化的系统进行了分析。With the development of information technology,IT operation and maintenance management has become the core of IT services.The development of IT operation has a certain basis,the attributes in the current automation has not only can replace the manual operation,but also to be able to explore the operation and overall analysis of management,to ensure the cost of the case,through the IT operation and maintenance management to explore the best service and the best performance in IT services.In this paper,IT operation and maintenance management background and current situation were studied,the IT operation and maintenance management automation system was designed,and finally the IT operation and maintenance management automation problems were analyzed.
