摘　　要：SWOT方法是企业进行战略分析的一个常用工具,我们通过将此方法与战场态势分析相结合,从战略层面分析战场问题,便于作战指挥人员从一个全局的视野对整个战场态势进行深入的分析,通过对战场敌我双方的主要能力进行建模分析,得出需要采取的战场策略,辅助作战指挥人员作出战略决策。The SWOT method is a commonly used tool for the enterprise strategic analysis,we will through the analysis and the method of combining battlefield situation,analyzes the battlefield problem from the strategic level,facilitates command personnel to conduct in-depth analysis from a global view of the entire battlefield situation,conducts modeling analysis through the main battlefield of the struggle between the two sides,finds the battle strategy,assists command personnel to make strategic decisions.
