摘　　要：程控交换机作为话音通信的核心设备,其出现问题时为尽快恢复通话,维护人员必须能够及时定位故障点并处理。笔者主要从程控交换机的来电显示、号码分析、中继路由设置三方面的问题情况入手,介绍了ZXJ10B型交换机管理维护工作中常见的几种代表性故障,并简要分析了相关原理、故障发生原因和处理方法,对于从事程控交换机维护或通信行业的人员有一定的借鉴和指导意义。SPC exchange is core equipment used to voice communication,and maintenance staff must locate trouble point and handle it in time when there are some troubles in SPC exchange,in order to retrieve communication.Starting from the troubles about caller ID,number analysis,trunk routing setting and so on,several common representative troubles in ZXJ10B exchange management and maintenance are introduced,and relevant principle,trouble cause and handling method are simply analyzed,it can be used for reference and guidance for staff engaged in SPC exchange maintenance or the communications industry.
